The name Siod Flo̠ Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Siod Flo̠ Kez was founded by Tshesh Dordud, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Siod Flo̠ Kez receives an average of 149 cm/y (58 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Siod Flo̠ Kez covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3124 m (10249 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Siod Flo̠ Kez was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1354, by Tshesh Dordud. The establishment of Siod Flo̠ Kez suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Siod Flo̠ Kez which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Siod Flo̠ Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Siod Flo̠ Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.
Siod Flo̠ Kez is was constructed arround several spacious paverstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Unfortuantly, these somewhat suffishent are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Siod Flo̠ Kez gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Siod Flo̠ Kez can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Siod Flo̠ Kez places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.
Civic Infrastructure
Siod Flo̠ Kez has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Siod Flo̠ Kez. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Siod Flo̠ Kez's parks.
Siod Flo̠ Kez has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Siod Flo̠ Kez.
Siod Flo̠ Kez has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Siod Flo̠ Kez has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Siod Flo̠ Kez has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Siod Flo̠ Kez's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Siod Flo̠ Kez possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Siod Flo̠ Kez's grid is powered by an arcane means.
Siod Flo̠ Kez possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Siod Flo̠ Kez has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Siod Flo̠ Kez's natural decorations nor waterways.
Siod Flo̠ Kez has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Siod Flo̠ Kez has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.
Siod Flo̠ Kez's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
Siod Flo̠ Kez's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves square dance to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 2 via proclamations.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Siod Flo̠ Kez was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Siod Flo̠ Kez lost 176 people, 285 livestock, and 53 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 83, when members of Siod Flo̠ Kez's militia enacted an operation to delay the operations of the enemy. The operation was complicated by a trusted officer who turned traitor and defects. The conflict ended with the defense of the ruin against a siege, which ended in victory for Siod Flo̠ Kez's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Siod Flo̠ Kez's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
